Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to our shipping policies.

  • Delivery to remote areas may incur an additional surcharge.

  • Installation is available in many areas, at an additional cost.

  • Please note there is an additional charge for any orders that need to be delivered with a ferry. This is a non-negotiable flat fee. The most common areas that need a ferry for delivery include Fire Island, Shelter Island, parts of Washington State and parts of Massachusetts (Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, etc.).

  • We only ship to the continental United States. We do not ship to APOs or PO Boxes. We also do not ship directly to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or abroad.

  • We are not responsible for products moved out of the continental United States and all warranties will be void.

Return & Exchange Policy

To avoid returns, please read all item specifications before purchase, and call our store with any questions before you place your order.

  • Customers should not accept items that arrive damaged upon.

  • After signing for and accepting your item, you are responsible for all damage claims.

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item if your product is damaged or does not meet your needs.

  • Call the manufacturer if the product is defective after the first use.

  • In the event of a return, you must contact our customer service to receive a return authorization (RA) number. We will not accept any returns without an RA.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • All returns are subject to a 30 percent restocking fee.

  • Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable for returned items.

  • Returned products will not be accepted unless they are in new condition with all packaging, product literature, and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition as received.

  • You must return the item using the same shipping methods as it was initially shipped.

  • We do not accept returns on air conditioners and some specially ordered products.

  • We do not accept returns return on special ordered items and commercial laundry equipment.

  • We are not responsible for any missing, incorrect, or damaged products delivered more than 30 days after receipt.

  • We do not accept returns for any item that has been installed, used, or plugged in. All items must be like-new, in original packaging.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns.
